CONCERN OF A STRUGGLING ORGANIZATION

Mr. Harsh's family business was of garment store which he established with great passion and high-end dreams, concerning incredible progress.

In the initial phase, i.e. in the very first year, sales were decent and business was going smooth but as time passed, suddenly Mr Harsh started to witness certain challenges.

His Enterprise started witnessing a shortage in customer flow Customers, hence, low sales. Employees working at the store started facing demotivation. Along with this, another major issue of unexpected expenses started to arise. It started to feel as if some unknown negative force was holding him back in terms of growth and happiness.

His father came up with a suggestion and told him to consult with an expert Vastu Consultant as he himself was a firm believer in Vastu Shastra. Therefore, he reached out to Ms Seema Bhattia.

Ms Seema Bhattia visited his shop with a compass and some diagrams. After going through Mr. Harsh's shop in detail, she did draw the following conclusions.

• The main entrance of the garment store was positioned in the South-West direction which eventually blocks positive energy and blocks energy.
• The cash counter was kept in the North-East, totally disrupting the cash flow.
• Dim lighting in the North direction created a very dull and gloomy atmosphere for the shop which hampers the customer flow.
• Heavy furniture was kept untidy in the East and North directions, blocking areas that are considered auspicious for growth and opportunity.

Ms Seema Bhattia informed us that the structural changes weren’t required, a great relief to us. Instead, she advised some very minimal and great remedies

For Main Entrance

• To maintain an energy balance, place the Vastu pyramid on the door of the store.
• Installed a vibrant and welcoming nameplate. It would be even more good if it is in gold tones, considered suitable for auspiciousness.

For Cash Counter

• Redirected the cash counter to the South-East, considered best to experience a rise in wealth, and the cashier should face North as he or she sits.
• Started keeping a small locker in the South-West corner by placing a mirror behind it to symbolize doubling the wealth.

For Furniture

• Rearranged shelves where lighter items were displayed in North-East direction and heavy furniture was shifted towards South-West for stability.
• Warm colours in the display areas should be used to attract customers.

Lighting and Décor

• Brightened the North zone with spotlights to welcome positive energy.
• Added green plants in the East direction to escalate growth.
• Installed a small water fountain in the North direction which is good in increasing the flow of wealth.

The changes were implemented over a weekend, and almost immediately, we began noticing a shift. After applying Ms Seema Bhattia's suggestions, the inflow of customers increased along with them making larger purchases. It also helped in motivating the employees.
